Marie Rose (Emond) Fournier (1901-1978) was born in Biddeford. She attended the Presentation of Mary Convent school in Coaticook, Quebec, and was a 1922 graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, after which time she taught piano from her home on Pool Street. She married Wilfrid Fournier of Biddeford on June 1, 1925 at St. Andre's Church, and had two children.
