• George H. Gilbert Company Records - Finding Aid
  
  Based in Ware, Massachusetts, a nationally known family business that made high-grade woolen flannels. Includes employee recruitment documents, labor contracts, labor accounts, wage payment books, contracts and insurance material about the property, buildings, machinery, and stock, business correspondence, bills and receipts, company cash books, and lists of sales and orders. Also contains personal records of finances and activities of Charles Stevens and the Gilbert family, production records, department expenses, stock inventories, forms, advertisements from various companies, and notices posted in the factories and tenements concerning company rules and regulations. Charles A. Stevens was George H. Gilbert's original partner.

• Lowell E. Daigle book typescript - Finding Aid
  
  The Lowell E. Daigle Book Manuscript examines Franco-American culture and society in Maine’s Upper St. John Valley, focusing on data gathered between the late 1960s and the early 1990s in a small hamlet pseudonymously referred to as “Alouette.” Organized into six chapters, the manuscript focuses on family, church, and recent changes in the study community. The manuscript also includes historical background about the Acadians prior to their arrival in Northern Maine.
• Harmony Mills Advertisement
  
  Advertisement for Harmony Mills found in the 1883 Troy City Directory. This ad was placed in the Troy City Directory by Harmony Mills, the largest employer in nearby Cohoes. Of particular note is the fact that there were twice as many women working in the mills as there were men. Many of these were French-Canadian (or, by then, Franco-American) in origin.

  Sarrault and Son was a succesful building company. Included in the work for which they were contracted was the building of Sacred Heart School in Cohoes, NY. This ad appeared in the Troy Directory.

  The Je me souviens…I remember Collection includes images of artifacts generally owned by Franco-Americans and shared with Siena College for the purposes of historic preservation and broader education. This collection was made possible by a National Endowment for the Humanities Common Heritage grant.
• Russell Banks Collection - Finding Aid
  
  This collection contains material relating to American novelist and poet Russell Banks and his professional activities. The bulk of the collection is a corrected typescript of The Book of Jamaica (1980). Other materials include correspondence with colleagues and a published review Banks wrote of Ha Jin’s War Trash in 2004.
• Lake Champlain Quadricentennia​l Commission records
  
  This collection documents of activities of the Vermont Lake Champlain Quadricentennia​l Commission during the period 2004-2009. It contains a binder with minutes of the Commission and committees, as well as sample fundraising and marketing materials and two CDs containing digital copies of the same material. The collection also includes four folders containing Commission marketing materials in English and French, one folder containing two Commission-​supported publishing projects, and two folders with publicity material for events outside the state.
