Consists of the agreement between the two companies regarding the operation of Rutland Railroad Company trains between Noyan Junction and Southern Junction on track owned by Québec Southern Railway Company for the term of ten years. QSRC track connected with the Canadian Pacific Railway at Southern Junction. Also included is a map of the tracks under agreement.
