The scrapbook belonging to Mr. Paul D. Thibodeau contains correspondence, meeting minutes, resolutions, and newspaper articles regarding the organization of the First National Bank of Fort Kent in Fort Kent, Maine. The correspondence is mostly between the President of the bank, Mr. Paul D. Thibodeau and the office of Currency at the Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. The bank was organized by Paul D. Thibodeau on July 7, 1919. The officers elected were as follows: President, Paul D. Thibodeau; 1st vice president, Henry W. Nadeau; 2nd vice president, Fred E. Michaud; cashier Arthur A. Hebert; directors, Paul D. Thibodeau, Henry W. Nadeau, Fred E. Michaud, Irenee Cyr, Ulderic Dumond, Maxime P. Gagnon, Albert R. Michaud, Saul Michaud, T. T. Michaud, Cleophas Nadeau, Philip A.
